Bid coins are credits providers use to access
client contact information or submit quotes. Coins
can range from 5–15 per bid. Providers can
recharge their bid wallet using credit/debit
cards.
Yes, Servbook offers four packages:
- Starter: $20 → 100 coins
- Standard: $50 → 300 coins
- Professional: $80 → 500 coins
- Enterprise: $100 → 1000 coins
Providers can verify their business licenses by
submitting documentation and paying 50 extra
coins. Verified businesses gain more trust and
visibility on the platform.
Yes. Clients can contact providers once a quote is
accepted, and providers can submit proposals to
projects posted by clients.
Providers can log in to their account to edit
business information, update services, view bids,
and track project history. Clients can manage
posted projects, view quotes, and select
providers.
Yes. Servbook does not store provider credit card
information. All payments for bid coins and
packages are processed securely through trusted
payment gateways.
